The worst thing about all this is that Just Eat now won’t give me a refund, because they’re saying I’ve had one in the past. I don’t see how that matters?

“The point is, I spent £10 and got nothing in return. I’m entitled to my money back and they are just refusing.

“I get that there are bigger issues in the world right now but I’ve been to hell and back over this. I just want my money back.”

Right but you could say that about all good like in shop or where ever you get it fromYou could, although there's more watching eyes on them. Delivery drivers are alone, with nobody watching, they could do things like open up your food and eat it or spit in it.

The best way to go about it is, to burn off some calories by walking to the takeaway shop and picking it up yourself, you can put the calories back on by eating your food.
