Thats Tricky
if they are both under one name
a Letter could say £300 for you for all accounts.

If one is under your good lady's name
then £300 refund for both.

Assuming they lose the Court case.

But only for users that used the card up to 2008?

Yes June 2008

[Merricks alleges Mastercard
charged excessive "interchange" fees – the fees
retailers pay credit card companies
when consumers use a
card to shop - between May 1992 and June 2008 and
that those fees were passed on to consumers
as retailers raised prices.

Brought by former financial ombudsman Walter Merricks]

So not ‘every’ MasterCard customer at all like it is worded in the title, just those who had a MasterCard until at least June 2008?

Nah they're all mine :joker:. Though I think my wife's Barclaycard might have been a Mastercard . She closed the account, but it would definitely have been active in 2008 :suspect:
