Obviously I missed "baked" off, so that would come under "other"
If you want a great mash, then you should make some baked (jacket) potatoes and then scoop out that potato and mash it up. Much longer work but worth it for the results.

Yes that’s what I do….baked pots are the best followed close second by a crispy Roast potato…

I've voted roasted although I like them in all those ways.
I don't eat many chips however but still like them.

I'd probably say roast & chips are my favourite, but I don't mind boiled & mash.
