I'm a friendly guy but I am not a people person. I actually avoid people as much as I can. Most things annoy me about people.
One thing older people do is when talking about the 1980s, they'll say 'oh I'm giving my age away'. Not really you're not. I thought you were older. :p

Pre-Covid, I hated it when you met people and they want to hug you, or kiss you... or kiss you on both cheeks like they're French. One thing Covid has done that's positive in my opinion, is that it's stopped people wanting to touch me.

Dropping litter , people parking on pavements, moaning about anything and everything ,people blocking shopping aisles/pavements having a "chat" , so many things annoy me tbh. Im not really a people person either, but adore all animals.

Grown adults who call their parents ‘mummy’ and ‘daddy’ really irritate me for some reason

Close down any form of disagreement because apparently it’s “rude” to question them over your frustrations.
In the eyes of such emotionally-stunted people everything that’s not gleaming with blatant positivity is a personal insult. It just means a lot of conversations that need to be had aren’t over fear that the other person wouldn’t be mature/level-headed enough to hear you out without kicking off or getting unnecessarily defensive. And God knows there’s nothing I hate more than people who can’t accept differences in opinion.

People (typically older ones) who think queue lines are the most appropriate place to hold fellow customers up just for the sake of a long chat with the person at the other end.
Just pay for your groceries/deposit your cheque and keep it pushing so that the line can move.

People like the dick head from two days ago
On an electric scooter wearing headphones went from the path to the road then across the road diagonally to the other path in front of me without even looking
He got the horn and the finger
You could easily kill these morons because of their stupidity.

Similar when you stop to let a car come past from the opposite direction and they don’t acknowledge !!
I started thanking them ... just to confuse them slightly as they drive off

People collecting their very young kids from school glued to their phones rather than watching/conversing with them
Let a Mom and her two little girls cross yesterday she didn’t look up from her phone once and one little one was veering very close to the kerb

Or when you let another car out or come pass you ( from opposite direction) and they don’t thank you

Invade my personal space
Talk too much
I still hate it when someone is talking with/to you then they suddenly say something to another person just walking past ..
I’ve been known to just walk off to register my disapproval

Ugh yes it's so cringe. Just say bye once and hear them say it once and hang up. Not often enough does one at the last minute say "Oh just one more thing!" to justify the hesitation.

Talk loudly in general and treat the kitchen as if it’s their family home, hogging it up for 20 hours and taking it personally when you set boundaries with them (people in their late 20s and early 30s).
You’ll get pissed off pretty quickly when you’re a reserved kind of person trapped in a living space full of hyperactive kidadults who should be on copious amounts of diazepam, banana kush and clonidine to mellow them the hell out.

Play rubbish music really loud in public. Like, when people play music out loud (not through headphones) it's always horrible hiphop "music" and never anything good.

When they try to walk through you like you're an invisible ghost, I've lost count of the amount of numpty's I've had to move out the way for when walking in the street or in town .
I guess it isn't just an adult thing, but usually the people look old enough to know better ... and they should look where they're going.
There was a group of people walking past me and I thought no let them move for a change for me,and her handbag practically collided with mine :notimpressed: . She was too busy nattering away with her mates to care though.
