[Two California couples gave birth
to each others' babies and spent months
raising children that weren't theirs after
a mix-up at the fertility clinic,
according to a lawsuit filed on Monday.

Daphna Cardinale said she and her husband,
Alexander, were immediately suspicious after
the girl she gave birth to in late 2019
had a darker complexion than they do.
However, the couple said they suppressed
their doubts because they fell in love with the baby
and trusted the IVF process and their doctors.]

[Both babies have been returned
to their biological families but
all four parents have made an
effort to stay in each other's lives
and "forge a larger family,"
Daphna said.]

That's a massive **** up, they're going to get seriously sued, I suppose at least they found out when they were still babies so it wasn't as traumatic as it could have been
