This is getting messier and messier….the half sis now weighting in….
Meghan appears to believe that having children to different fathers is a slur on someone’s character; a failure on their part; bringing children into her disagreement with her half sister that has nothing to do with them is disgusting. More hypocrisy when she demands so much privacy for her own.
Why was Meghan making sure this info was passed on to Scobie for inclusion in the book? Aren’t those painful family situations the very ones that Meghan professes to want to help - “compassion in action” and “family unity” blah blah etc. What a joke. Even the tabloids didn’t touch it when they were printing stories about the Meghan/Samantha stuff.
I wonder what the negative effects will be on and Harry’s charity going forward, all this sneaky passing of info.lies and perjury? It certainly can’t enhance their aims, whatever they are, can it?

She's entitled to wear what she wants but IMO Meghan often dresses inappropriately. That's a nice dress for a gala, the red carpet or the like, but not for an event for veterans. It's too 'look at me' blingy! :shrug:

Meghan Markle being sued by sister over ‘smear campaign to save her own face’
Meghan Markle’s half-sister has said that she will sue her for “defamation” and “breach of privacy” after emails showed that the Duchess of Sussex helped brief the authors of royal exposé Finding Freedom.
Samantha Markle has claimed she is in talks with lawyers in both the US and the UK, and alleges Meghan “launched a smear campaign” against herself and her father Thomas Markle.
Speaking to the Sunday Mirror, she said: “It’s macabre that she resorted to all of this just to save her own face because she told the royals a bunch of porky pies.”
This follows the news that the Duchess of Sussex was forced to apologise in court after she had “forgotten” that she had cooperated with royal biographers Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand after heavily briefing press spokesman Jason Knauf.
In emails to Knauf, the 40 year old included details relating to her half-sister, claiming that Samantha had profited on her royal relations by selling stories to the press.
“Upon Meghan dating Harry, Samantha changed her name back to Markle and began a career creating stories to sell to the press. She had lost custody of all three of her children from different fathers,” an email read.
Meghan also encouraged Knauf to tell Scobie and Durand that her siblings – Samantha and Thomas Jr – had “dropped out of high school” and that she had “never had a relationship with either of them”.
As a result, Samantha, who has not spoken to Meghan since her relationship with Prince Harry began, intends to sue the former Suits actress for breach of privacy in the UK and “defamation, libel and slander” in the US.
OK! has contacted Meghan's representative for comment.
Samantha also disputes a number of claims made by her half-sister.
“I’ve never lost custody of any children. She said I changed my name when she met Harry, but I shared my name-change documents long before,” she said.
She also added that they had a “normal family life” but that it was Meghan’s intention to “make us look estranged and separated to discredit us as that was an excuse to keep everybody away from the wedding”.

I mean, it doesn't... because the issue that most people have had with how these threads go on here has nothing to do with what they are saying or doing, but the obsessive misogynistic vitriol that's aimed at them, the mocking, trolling, baiting etc. that isn't justified by ... anything. The "problem" people have has nothing to do with "believing the things they have to say". So it doesn't matter what "comes out about them", people are still going to have things to say about the rhetoric surrounding it.
For example, if every word Meghan Markle has ever said in her entire life has been a lie, that still does not justify Prize Hams objectifying and comparing the "royal wives" like shopping Harry and William had their butlers pick up at Waitrose.
The problem remains the same. It was never and still is not about "stanning H&M" and it genuinely concerns me that people still don't understand that after it being explained literally dozens of times.
The only conclusion can be that people do not want to understand that.

I mean, it doesn't... because the issue that most people have had with how these threads go on here has nothing to do with what they are saying or doing, but the obsessive misogynistic vitriol that's aimed at them, the mocking, trolling, baiting etc. that isn't justified by ... anything. The "problem" people have has nothing to do with "believing the things they have to say". So it doesn't matter what "comes out about them", people are still going to have things to say about the rhetoric surrounding it.
For example, if every word Meghan Markle has ever said in her entire life has been a lie, that still does not justify Prize Hams objectifying and comparing the "royal wives" like shopping Harry and William had their butlers pick up at Waitrose.
The problem remains the same. It was never and still is not about "stanning H&M" and it genuinely concerns me that people still don't understand that after it being explained literally dozens of times.

I've written plenty to justify Meghan's supposed "poor treatment" of her father and the crux of it has been other people's families are complex and none of anyone else's business, because no one has all of the information and that also will remain true no matter what little dribbles of information "come out".
