View Full Version : Mince Pies
Yay or Nay
I'm already eating my forth in two days, probably have another later. I like to put brandy butter on them.
Do you make your own or just have store bought?

Sainsburys do a Iced version.
Me mam usually brings a dozen homemade ones for me on Christmas eve. Until then, I'm just eating shop bought.

Not the biggest fan...I usually eat one or two over Christmas...have to be hot
Do you leave one out with a glass of sherry for Father Christmas?
i pop them in the microwave for a few seconds and then have them with ice cream ..... perfect

My Mum makes great ones.
I can but prefer her to.
I'm not keen on the shop ones.
Definitely a yay from me however.

I can't vote on this poll as I'm in between. I like the thought of eating them more than the actual taste I think. They aren't that nice. However the novelty of them makes me want to eat them. But I dont overly enjoy them
Biggest fraud ever, horrible things.
The only true mince pie is in Scotland and you eat it with beans :idc:
This year I plan on being a Christmas pudding.
Small and round, drenched in alcohol and disliked by most people.
Cant say I ever had them until I moved to england..they are a bit marmite.
Told someone off once for putting 2 in my work pieces.
