Ask them for evidence...many companies take photos etc. Amazon just knock and leave on the doorstep or hand over without checking name etc...its open to abuse.

There isn't the option for that ,so I've had to contact the seller and I've explained I didn't receive the item . But the seller takes 2 working Days to reply :rolleyes: .


There's been incidents where neighbors and others have had to knock on my door as they mistakingly delivered my items to them, problem is not everyone is honest. So I think my item has ended up in the wrong hands now.

I even checked my door steps and bins but no luck .

they swapped mine and my neighbours deliveries the other day and we both opened the packages as were were both expecting something :laugh:

Sometimes their tracking is a bit off, but for me its always been corrected by the end of the day

Really annoyed, it seems like they use COVID as an excuse.
Sometimes they don't even want to knock on the door , yet somehow I'm supposed to be psychic and know where they've thrown my parcel .

I have to wait 2 business days to see what the seller says .

I remember a couple of days ago that our neighbours hadn't got their delivery from Amazon and they thought that we had it, but we didn't.

I don't know if they got it in the end (I hope they did) but I honestly don't understand how Amazon workers can't tell who's address they need to go to.:laugh:

The drivers don't even leave "sorry you were not in " cards anymore , they seem to just throw people's parcels in any old place like a pigeon that's tired of carrying something.
