Turkey, sausage balls, PIB, cauliflower cheese, parsnips, roast potatoes, sprouts and stuffing….with cranberry sauce and gravy.

Cheese and biscuits later with a glass of port…and my husband will no doubt have a turkey and stuffing sandwich :hehe:

Yummy.

I have 3 men in my house who love their food…I cook so much and I get sick of the sight of food that my appetite goes right out the window

We didn’t bother with Turkey this year, had Beef and Gammon instead, much nicer meats imo

First time ever I didn’t actually take part in the xmas cooking, quite weird, but wonderful.
Beef, pork and a large free range chicken plus a nut roast.
Roast parsnips, roast potatoes and honey glazed roast carrots, sprouts, caullie, broccoli, swede, peas.
Yorkies and suet puds.
Lots of stuffing and lashings of gravy.
For pud there was a choice of two lovely special cakes or Xmas pud if desired.

No turkey yet, son and wife eat very little meat now, free range chicken and nut roast for them.
