Top rated? Depends what you mean.

Dumb action flicks -his forte- are generally looked down on by critics, and they generally decide what's"top rated" ...

... Buuuuut critics' taste sucks.

What are you trying to say about Jumanji?!:nono:

But being serious I loved him as The Rock, but I haven't watched many of his Films (including Jumanji) so I can't really comment.

Oh the critics are snobs in the Movie scene.

They make the Video Game critics look credible in comparison.:joker:

Maybe.

He seems like a good guy and an OK actor.

What respectful film producer would want The Rock in their lead role when they could get Christian Bale, Joaquin Phoenix or Leo Di Cap?

What do you mean by top rated? Critically acclaimed/Oscar worthy, or box office huge? Because for the former, no, not as lead although he could be if he took a supporting role… dunno if his ego is up to that though.

For the latter, he’s playing DC’s “Black Adam” which is out this year and will perform very well (Covid permitting).

I love a good action movie and Dwayne Johnson is a brilliant action star, it would be boring if all actors were the same
