With Britain reopening after the worst of the Covid-19 pandemic, Lord Sugar is back and readier than ever to invest. But before he can decide who will be his next business partner, the latest set of candidates must prove their worth in a number of ambitious challenges. The stakes are higher than ever as the 16 hopefuls will be whittled down over the next 12 weeks until only one remains.
To prove he means business, Lord Sugar summons the aspiring entrepreneurs to his boardroom where he kicks off proceedings with a task like no other!
Under the watchful eyes of Baroness Karren Brady and the winner of series 1, Tim Campbell, the candidates are thrown in at the deep end as they set sail from Portsmouth on board a luxury cruise ship. Their task is to come up with marketing campaigns for a new cruise liner, including creating a brand and a television advert.
One team’s approach to design is far from plain sailing, while on the other team, discord during the advert filming leads to choppy waters. Later, both teams attempt to cruise into the lead when pitching their ad campaigns to industry experts, but they end up with that sinking feeling.
Back on dry land and in the boardroom, Lord Sugar is on the lookout for answers. It’s man or woman overboard for one candidate when they’re the first to be told, You’re Fired!

Seaquility sounds a lot like senility, and it wasn't helped by having the advert show elderly people :joker:
They missed a trick by not calling it Sea of Tranquility, and having some kind of moon-themed logo.

The boys deserved to fail….I mean really who would create a logo without incorporating the name

From that moment on I knew they would take a huge L , they didn't even change the horrible greeny brown colour.

Actually it was quite a good logo had they chosen the right colours…and then of course the name

I didn't like the logo ,it would have been better if they made an actual sea wave or something in the colour blue ...with the brand name across it .
Logo was the biggest problem in that task and he fired the one guy on the sub team who realised how bad it was and tried to prevent it..

Absolutely should have been Hakeem who was fired.

i really dislike Amy :idc: ugh if you have that much lack of self confidence don't step up in wanting to be sub team leader
 also i don't even want to see the mess of her promo work for burger king, mcdonalds
i like Harpreet, definitely correct what says in her profile ''born leader''
Kathryn hopefully a early goner, believing Bouji is something everyone knows what that means :laugh3: i have no idea what Bouji means and it sounded like Boozy to me
but the boys LMAO that logo was the worst problem, Akeem should've been fired but Harry didn't do anything but moan so yeah right firing if you ask me, seeking trouble but nothing to solve their problems
and AK47 as your nickname :umm2: :umm2: :umm2:

It's not a positive word, I associate it with snobbery and people who are full of themselves.

I'd forgotten about Karen's iconic facial expressions :joker: the way sh laughed at Lord Sugar's cheesey jokes in the boardroom, she seemed genuinely happy to be back there  it's been scary times, especially when the man next to her is knocking on a bit, and had lost a couple of siblings to the pandemic...
It's not a positive word, I associate it with snobbery and people who are full of themselves.
Well yeah, quite. I'm not sure why they thought it was a good idea, and why no-one seemed to call it out!
Logo was the biggest problem in that task and he fired the one guy on the sub team who realised how bad it was and tried to prevent it..
Yeah, that made no sense. Of the 3, Harry was the one who should NOT have been fired. Very odd. :suspect:

still think Harpreet should've been sub team leader and not Amy, but well if Amy raised her hand first, well who are we to stop her fake confidence there
great director skills NOT, a good quality director does not let herself get told what to do but she did, what a failure she and her big mouth of adverts for mcdonalds, burger king, i know my ways around editing, directing
:laugh3: also quite a annoying whining voice she got

I doubt Lord Sugar notices or cares about such vacuum-headed takes, but he might have just chosen to arbitrarily fire whichever would cause the least grief :joker:
