I've had my smart watch for a month but now not connected to my phone does anyone know what is wrong

I switched it back on straight away
Doesn't sound very smart. You could have it under the trades description act.

Go to “paired watches”, unpair and pair again the smartwatch. Turn off your smartphone's Bluetooth for a few seconds, then activate it and try again. Restart your phone and smartwatch. Disconnect the smartwatch from the Bluetooth settings and try a new pairing directly from the app.
