I've had my smart watch for a month but now not connected to my phone does anyone know what is wrong

Go to “paired watches”, unpair and pair again the smartwatch. Turn off your smartphone's Bluetooth for a few seconds, then activate it and try again. Restart your phone and smartwatch. Disconnect the smartwatch from the Bluetooth settings and try a new pairing directly from the app.
