View Full Version : Worst days/times of the week on TV?
I personally find Saturday morning/afternoon and Sunday TV the entire day repugnant..
Saturday morning/afternoon consists entirely of cooking shows, or football shows, or repeats of unfunny American 90s comedy
It only improves in the evening with game shows, chat shows, dramas , and music shows.
Meanwhile Sunday’s schedule consists entirely of OAP targeted programming - David Attenborough documentaries, Countryfile, and hymns. The only highlight is the odd film on ITV/2, but this is mostly targeted towards kids.
I mean does anyone actually enjoy country file ?!? Im sure David the farmer in Cornwall’s story about how his sheep once escaped because the fence was made from wood not metal is INPSIRING.
I would expect better programming for the time of the week when people are most watching! Monday morning daytime tv is better than this.

Friday nights as of late have been shockingly bad!
6pm until 8pm, weeknights
6pm until 8pm, weeknights
The news and soaps are highlights of the week. Not a fan of the One Show though.

Depends what you're interested in , I have found myself browsing YouTube or seeing what's on catch-up or Netflix.
TV has alot of repeats , even the same movies are constantly put on over and over again.

millions of dutch people, when tuning in to our many talkshows weekdays :fan:
it's either Op1 or Beau, the latter swapped every half year by Jinek and vice versa, and the former having got different sorts of hosting duo's from monday to friday (nothing on the weekends because of football)

Nothing is wrong with that. On streaming. At a time to suit your own convenience! I'm not going to be told by some rich elites WHEN I must sit down and watch a show, I won't be controlled like that. Time for people to wake up!
