How rested do you actually feel after the weekend?

Is the break between Friday evening and Sunday evening enough to fully recharge your batteries for the pending week or are you too caught-up doing laundry (or snorting lines and/or raving) to feel refreshed on a Monday morning?

I'm currently out of work so I can't tell the difference. I don't even know what day it is sometimes at the moment. I woke up today (technically yesterday) trying to work out if it was Sunday or Monday

Feel okay we don’t normally do much on a Sunday and I go to bed reasonably early
