The main evidence is the voice recording. I doubt he'll see any jail time for this unfortunately if he has an otherwise clean record; his career as a footballer is hopefully over though. At least when it's someone like this there is that route to some sort of very real consequence. When it's someone who had no real prospects anyway they often just walk out of court without any real impact on their life.

I sadly think that Everton are desperate enough to take him.

I just hope that we don't take him, Jutkiewicz and Hogan are decent guys that got 15 goals combined last season for us, I'd rather us stick with them than take on Greenwood.

I think Man U have handled the whole thing very poorly. They are getting rid of him reluctantly. I would say what we need is new ownership and a clear out of senior management, but I don't think Saudi owners would be an improvement

You're right, sheriff. What can they do legally when he hasn't been charged with anything, let alone been found guilty. If that's going to be the norm, how does that affect the general public? Presumably any one of us can be sacked on the strength of what is essentially hearsay.
