Why doesn’t she just keep her flat clean? Look at the state of the Windows, splashed in brown. Inexcusable.

but Mould keeps returning
as the Cladding stopped it.

Cladding is a death trap.

Some places will always be prone to mould,the only thing you can do is either redecorate or keep opening windows to let the rooms breath . Aswell as keeping on top of cleaning .

Yes, that's why it was removed,
of course, it was put there to stop the Mould increasing.
