Yes for work but we have built in body clocks
Every day cos often if I stay up late on weekends I wake up at like 2pm naturally the next day so I will set the alarm for 11

6.50am to make sure eldest is up in time (high school bus is at 8am) then I try but usually fail to snooze until 7.30 when I get youngest up to get ready for school.
i set an alarm on my phone but i very rarely need it

No Mr C’s alarm goes off around 6 so that wakes me instead
If we go in an early flight I set one for that...

Went to sleep at 4am, woke up naturally at 8 lol

Yep when working as I would not wake up naturally, and on my days off too as I don't want to sleep through them.
Yes bc I need to see to the dogs and the chickens, no rest for the wicked x
