i do when i have to get up to take the smallest boy to school but never in my 3 childrens life have i ever slept in on an alarm

i awake at least 30 mins before

Every day cos often if I stay up late on weekends I wake up at like 2pm naturally the next day so I will set the alarm for 11

I’ve suffered for years with bad sleep got a bad cold not covid been tested I was at the local garage at 2 in the morning yesterday getting headache tablets

6.50am to make sure eldest is up in time (high school bus is at 8am) then I try but usually fail to snooze until 7.30 when I get youngest up to get ready for school.

No Mr C’s alarm goes off around 6 so that wakes me instead

My husbands alarm goes off at 6am but we are rarely still asleep at that point
