A plane has catastrophically crashed into a block of flats in Bicester this lunchtime

The pilot apparently jumped to his own safety with a parachute, but the number onboard is unknown, and whether they are safe.

The known victim, an ‘elderly gentleman’ has suffered ‘life changing injuries’ according to police.
