I'd say his attitude probably led him to do a range of things that could get him fired lol, doubt it was just the video although most big companies do have policies about that

You don't get paid anything by TikTok. The people who regularly get big numbers can make money by other means (sponsorships, leveraging their fame etc.) but a "one hit wonder" video is worth nothing.

How dare he say he finds his job easy?! Does Sainsburys want their employees to find their job very hard? God forbid someone is actually happy working for a big corporation. There should be blood, sweat, tears and gratitude involved. Capitalistic mindset.
