In August having a few days in London. Actually staying in Kensington but gonna get the underground different places. Anyway one of the days I plan on spending in either Notting Hill, Covent Garden or Kensington itself. Can those who know the areas well tell me which of these places will be the best?

What do you plan to do.

Going to three musicals. Visiting madame Tussauds people call it rubbish and a tourist trap but last time I went I liked it. Going on a River Thames afternoon cruise. Going to the tower of London. Having some nice evening meals out drinks etc. Going on the London eye.

I'll be spending two days in London city centre as there's lots we want to see

covent garden is a great starting point. Lots of restaurants/night life and its easy access to lots of tourist sights from there. The other 2 options are a bit further out

Yep I'm thinking that looks the best. Is there much to see and do there? Was thinking might combine it the morning after we go to Madame tussauds as its easy to get to from there
