Inspired by Gusto's thread on height loss.

For me it's my sheer lack of energy and being a sloth that's a negative. Positive for me is not caring what other people think of me and getting to be a grumpy old man at times
Best. Less likely to be attacked in the street.
Worst. Ugliness sets in in the end.

Well watching people that were fit and healthy get older and weaker and basically suffer.
Seeing people around you die

Statistics
middle age, period of human adulthood that immediately precedes the onset of old age. Though the age period that defines middle age is somewhat arbitrary, differing greatly from person to person, it is generally defined as being between the ages of 40 and 60.

I think there's worst things than grey hairs , some people even look cool / more distinguished .
I'd say worst thing is physical problems like arthritis or memory loss
Best thing is life experiences I guess

Best thing is you recognise a #### when you see one…
Worse thing is knowing you have less time to live than what you have lived…

Best - You have more control over your life
Worst - You start noticing the darker aspects of life
Apologies if the worst one is a bit too grim.

Genuinely can’t think of a good thing at the moment lol
I'm looking forward to my free bus pass if I make it to that stage. Be able to jump on the bus to the seaside whenever I like and it won't cost me a penny.

Best:
Taken more seriously by other adults once you get past about 30.
More life experience
Give fewer ****s
Worst:
Time passes quicker and quicker (entire months dissappear in a blink. Sometimes a year :umm2:
Everything starts to hurt (old injuries you got as a teen come back to haunt, etc.)
One of the best things has to be going into a shop and not having to chose just ONE thing from the chocolate/ sweet counter

Most 13 year olds tend to think they're rebels by listening to Metal Music.
The senior citizens train pass has saved me a fortune
Worst thing is health obviously, growing old is not for the squeamish
