In a few hours
he addresses the Ukraine Parliament
giving them £300million.

A Street in Odessa has been named after
Johnson PM.

Susanna Reid is outside 10 Downing St.
in the cold

She will ask him about the
Poor in the UK who can not afford the Energy Bills.

Poor in the UK who can not afford the Energy Bills.

Well, quite.

Some people in the UK are facing a crisis of their own, £300mill could go a long way.

It would be better if the money was coming from the Foreign Aid pot.

Terrible interview, she spoke over him too many times and his answers were pathetic

arista

She had too many Notes.

She was right to say
people pay their bills
is more important to UK public

It was a weird interview really, felt like it never got going because she did most of the talking and then suddenly it was over so she didn't pace it very well

If you're a good interviewer you work it so that the biggest takeaways and quotes come from the person you're interviewing but felt like Susanna wanted the headlines to be from the things she said

Elsie the 77 year old
stays on buses in the daytime
to keep warm.

Using Elsie
was clever.

Elsie can not afford her heating bill.

at the End who was Lorriane?

Just said on BBCnewsHD
who had a clip

arista

She would need a 45mins interview
to get something new.

At Least Lorraine

Heard Johnson say "Who is Lorraine"

i dont think it was particularly weird. Susanna wanted to know what else Boris was going to do to help people pay their bills, and he responded with nothing. It was fudged a lot, but that was his basic response

Cherie

most of england isn't voting, and thats where the majority of tory support is, so its not really going to indicate anything. London never votes tory

I dont really get the figures that were presented for Elsie, Susanna said she was paying 17 per month for energy which had risen to 85.00 a month surely these figures are per week ...she is in a band F home so 17 a month for heating does not make sense

Maybe she only uses one heater
She is in a High Rise small flat,
so it could well have been at £17

What exactly is 'predictable' when it's the truth though?.

Boris once again shows he doesn't give a damn ,plus he lied about bringing in the bus pass. This interview was a mess ,all he ever does his mumble bs .

Problem is when you are the PM of 66 million people no matter who you are (or party) there will be hundreds of thousands of individual cases like this

Same as on Newsnight every week one person goes off on one about their personal circumstances

Yes its sad but you have to at least try and understand how a Government works

Sure
She is a clever 77 year old
buys yellow reduced ticket food
early in the morning.

And stays on warm buses through the day
to avoid her using her home energy supply

You do realise homeless people ride buses all day aswell, they're trying to keep warm as they have nowhere to go. This is the reality we're in.

The problem that boris has is that he appears to have zero empathy for those experiencing hardship and that came across in the interview

Even so if her bill was 17.00, energy went up 54% that would be approx 26.00 a month...not 85.00!

All I am saying
is by using one heater only
it cuts the bill

Susannas figures were she used to pay 17.00 for energy and now pays 85.00...what breakdown do you need ...we need to know what year she was paying 17.00 a month...the 1970s probably
