I voted for someone who helped us with a council tax issue during lockdown, she just happened to be a Labour candidate

I voted Labour today because there were only 2 choices on the ballot paper, and I'd never in all my life vote Tory Parm.

When it's the general election I'll vote . we're already screwed though , Tory's are here to stay in office. The faces may change but it will be the same old corrupt government.

surely getting things right locally are just as important as a general election. :conf: I think not voting is poor, even if you go and spoil your vote you are making a decision, staying at home you are accepting the status quo and this makes no sense if you are unhappy with how things are being run

i know loads of people who didnt vote in the Brexit referendum because they didnt think it mattered....well then
