What can I make with a ton of left over Easter eggs?

NOT RICE CRISPIE OR CORNFLAKE CAKES TA!!

Conor still has 17 Easter eggs left plus about 8 large bags of milky buttons and I just want them gone before they go out of date or melt

Melt them in a saucepan on a low heat, add milk incrementally and have a proper style hot chocolate. :)

Using milk will suppress how sharp it would be.

Probably so , yeah I wouldn't make hot chocolate with it.

But maybe you could melt it and make chocolate cupcakes or something? .

17 eggs, Josy that is insane

you could make chocolate brownies and freeze them
Chocolate cakes and give them out to friends and family or donate them to your local old folks home
buy some moulds, melt the chocolate and then pack them when cool into little bags and again distribute them as above

and next year ask that people do not give you Easter Eggs!

I know, I don't know why people give eggs and stuff to babies anyway

That's a good idea to brownies/cakes and give them to friends or old folks home etc

Poke a wee hole and fill them with alcohol, then stick a straw in the hole.

Using milk will suppress how sharp it would be.

But wouldn't it still be too rich the taste & texture?

Not if you get the balance right. It might be a balance that's hard to achieve, tbf. :p If there's a proper overabundance of Easter eggs then it's worth experimenting.
