why did it take so long for them to come to the conclusion she was abducted. 2 weeks is insane, they will never find her now unless she manages to escape as the trail will be stone cold

I think they did say she was missing before
locally,
but yesterday it was the conclusion
from all the online data
that she was Abducted
making it a more serious headline.

Kids in foster care running away is not that rare sadly though, she has been being reported missing during that time and police were looking for her, it was on the local news here quite a bit

It’s classed as child abduction but they think she has ran away with a man.

Both very true, I wonder what's actually happened, she may even have been there "voluntarily" but obviously there's no such thing as she's 15. Dodgy bastards.

My sister-in-law lived with us for about 6 months when she was 15 (we were in our early 20's), she had a LOT of quite troubled friends/friends who were in the care system and both us and my wife's parents had the police come round numerous times looking for various teens who had been missing for days, as they first check the home addresses of friends. We obviously were never harbouring child fugitives but on a couple of occasions my SIL did know where they were/who they were with.
