The Office UK - if its considered a sitcom? It's a sitcom, yes (some will say its a mockumentary but it's still a sitcom) not in the traditional style but in the modern style of sitcom.

Caroline Aherne changed the the style of how sitcoms are now made. There was sitcom before The Royle Family which was your traditional studio audience sitcom and then there was sitcom after The Royle Family which is more of a realism style without the studio audience. There still are some that do it in the traditional style but they don't seem as successful these days, although for some strange reason Mrs Brown's boys had success

I never understood the appeal of Mrs Brown’s Boys or Only Fools and Horses

I love Only fools and horses. The Batman episode :joker:Great episode.

One of my favourites is the one where Del sends Rodney's painting off in a competition to win a holiday in Spain and Rodney has to pretend he's 14 because the competition was an under 15s category because Rodney had done the painting at School.
