Nope. I went bed at 6pm yesterday as it was my first day back at work the day before after having been off for over two weeks so I was really tired.
Have you a fan? Change your bedding of you haven't already so that's it's thin and light

Interestingly last night the min temp in London was 14C
Now its currently 12 C due to the rain
The last week in May/Early June looks very warm for London (and elsewhere)

I usually sleep well....not lately though. Awake at 4.30am most days. I lie there usually till 5.30 then give up as my alarm goes off at 5.45 anyway

There's nothing worse than waking less than an hour before your alarm time! I feel like when it's an hour+, I can just pull the covers over my head and appreciate another hour's sleep... but when there's only like half an hour it feels pointless :bawling:
