Is a morning wake-and-bake going to drive you to bake every Jubilee cake under the sun (and a big rice dish) while you take note of all-things-Royal with a bit of Buck’s Fizz from the privacy of your own home or are you going to be out drinking with mates? (Or whatever else.)

I've planned a visit to my hometown to spend time with my bezzie and it will at some point involve the pub.

Awesome. 😊 Where’s home-home for you (if it’s not too personal)?

St Helens. Used to be great but it's gone to the dogs shopping wise. I live in Wigan now.

going north to play golf, smoke a few cigars, take some snuff, eat good food and drink some refreshing white wines, some heavy dark reds and partake in some freshly poured lager beers whilst engaging in some witty repertoire with the indigenous locals

I told my son our street was having a street party on the day we were going away, he is coming to look after the pooch ...he is none to pleased with the idea of having to traverse the neighbours

They aren't btw

Injured my knee playing cricket Wednesday night so spent all yesterday with it iced up on the sofa instead of playing golf and going for a few drinks like I was planning :notimpressed:

Supposed to be going to a barbecue and music evening at a pub later but might have to give that a miss too. Going to a gig on Sunday so hopefully it'll be good enough for that
