Do you enjoy cleaning?

I need to clean my summer house this morning and I can't really be bothered.

I have guests arriving soon and I'm still in my dressing gown.

I have just had my ears lowered by mother and had a shave and am now back on my sofa in z dressing gown.

Thomas i sympathise with you, sat watching news with a blanket over me ~ when i really should get things done ~i'll just carry on watching news ! but yours is necessary sadly so the quicker you get started the quicker it'll get done, prob looks worse than it is and you'll have it spick & span in no time. Good luck.

I like seeing the effects of it , if that makes sense.

Like after hoovering, seeing a clean carpet is satisfactory.

And putting fresh sheets on the bed ,is again satisfaction.

I'm in a much better frame of mind if my house is clean and tidy. I can relax properly in the evenings etc. If my house is messy I get irritable. For that reason I clean a lot and my wife thinks I enjoy doing it, I don't I'm a cleaner for my actual work job so I'd rather not have to do it, but I like the results after, whereas my wife is t bothered really unless people are coming round etc. It's hard to keep a house clean and tidy with 3 little kids too!!
