Dear diary,

I am feeling a bit gross lately, too much sugar.

Enough is enough.

I am going to start my journey today to a new Thomas starting with a workout later.

Dear diary,

Morning flower pots ��������

I am a bit late in entering my diary for yesterday.

Yesterday was a success. I resisted the urge to go to the shop and buy ice cream and crisps. Instead I washed my car and did a workout.

Today I’m starting to drastically cut down my sugar intake .. I’m also gradually increasing my water intake as I’ve read some encouraging things ... apparently 2L a day maybe isn’t enough ?!?

I’ve just tried excluding bread for a fortnight but it made zero difference as I replaced bread with cake / biscuits !

I should exclude sugar , bread and TREATS but my willpower isn’t strong enough at the current time.

Don't deprive yourself, bit set a day maybe where you have what you want.

Drink as much as can. Aim for 4 litre + a day.

Anyone got strong views one way or another in the concept of not drinking for 30 before and after eating ?

Sounds a load of nonsense. Drinking with a meal can make you feel more fuller.

If you have acidity and heartburn then it's probably something else isolated like acid reflux which would be helped by not eating certain foods and medication

Dear diary and my lovely diarettes.

Today was very slow. I spent most of the morning watching onDemand and catching up on 'Ambulance, Code Red'. Lots of drama, but I love it and the advanced care these medics and doctors provide at the roadside is just brilliant.

I have procrastinated for a lot of the afternoon putting off moving my very fine peachy bottom. You have to push through though. Eggs need to be broken to make a delicious omelette, right? The same can be said for how we treat our bodies.

So after much deliberation, I pressed play and half an hour later I was sweating more than a pedo in a sweet shop.

The upshot is that I got that instant serotonin and dopamine release. The long term benefits in regards to body composition and health can't be rushed and will take longer

Dear diary,

Something really quite powerful happened last night.

I had the most vivid and hot dream. I am sat here with my coffee trying to work out the sequence of events.

It was so sexual I am quite taken back. It was such a tease too!

It must be the exercise.

Fun fact of the day;

Regular aerobic exercise, sleeping well, and vivid dreams go hand-in-hand. Regular exercise allows you to sleep deeper and dream better. The more regularly you exercise, the better you will sleep, the more you will dream during REM sleep, and the more of a creative powerhouse you will become

This will be my only entry today as I am engaged in top secret business, but I will be back very soon.

Dear diary,

I didn't do a workout yesterday because I was engaged in very top secret business...I could tell you but then I'd have to kill you and I don't want to do that.

So we're on day 5 now, day 4 was yesterday, keep up! ...

I am mustering the strength to set my thighs on fire, chaffing, not literally when I complete a workout very soon.

I am feeling better already and we're only 5 days in!

Keep safe my diarettes and I will check in later

Dear diary,

I have neglected you somewhat.

I did do a workout on Thursday. It has been a week since I started so yesterday I had a treat day. Lots of naughty and delicious food.

Today is a re-set; unfortunately no time to fit a workout in but I will do one tomorrow
