I thought I'd start this poll. There seems to be some speculation on the boards about whether it's been fixed for Charley to escape the public vote or not.

I don't think it has. What do other members think?

Mmm, I'm unsure to be honest... Some things come across as fixed... I'm kinda undecided. I don't care either way - Still love it ;)

I cannot se how this weeks nominations could have been fixed. So no to this weeks situation.

However BB are the directors and manipulators of the show. So without doubt every series is fixed where possible and desirable by the producers to maximise ratings....

You could call it artistic licence......

I think they can be edited alot but I don't think fixed is the right word.

I can understand why people may say it, but in all honestly it's only really said by those who dislike the housemate(s) in question (makes sense, but I thought I'd point it out anyway). When you dislike a housemate that much, you're going to find little faults everywhere, and even blame the show as a whole if the need arised.

However, whilst things can be edited, I really don't think they'd fix the show - I don't see how that would benefit them greatly, and at the end of the day they want ratings so the viewers can enjoy it. Therefore, since keeping the viewers happy for the most part is the main aim primarily, fixing it wouldn't reap rewards... so I don't think the show is 'fixed'.

Perhaps not but there is a thin line between fixing and manipulating. Half a dozen of one and six of the other really.

To be generous to BB like I said you could call it artistic licence...

I wouldn't say that either - nothing is changed, but the clips themselves may be rearranged. I always thought it was for time's sake though, rather than it occurring it to me that it may be to favour another housemate.

Fair enough. My mind wonders off with regard to BBLB and BBBM. The audiences and guests chosen over the years very often have a distinct bias towards certain housemates. Normal. Yes. However........

If BB did not want to "Manipulate/fix" then they should assure that housemates are talked about in equal preference......That very often does not happen.......

if bb was a pinball machine the "tilt" lights would be flashing constantly.

i thought you would have a better reason to suggest the show is fixed but you just seem more pissed at the fact that charley's a survivor.Face it the girl's lucky...we saw most nominations especially the ones that add up to chanelle and laura being up..so this is just stupid really...however tis a good speculation.

No - I do not think it is 'fixed' but maybe a little manipulation here and there (remember the Ghost!!!) and poor editing.

Just that Charley has been extremley lucky to evade eviction - but probably will not be there for the final week (fingers crossed!!!) not a deserving winner.
