I'm not doing the viewing, the estate agent is anyway.

Too much effort. I will go out later at my own pace. I need to go get some food shopping later this afternoon. We live in the country and I don't want to walk around the village in my dressing gown. Also I need to workout and I will be sweaty after so it makes sense I have shower then.

I'm on a health kick so we don't have biscuits either.

I'm going to lay on the sofa with my blanket over me and they can just come in when they're ready to have a look. I am very polite and lovely so I will say hello with a lovely smile.

Is it your parent's house Thomas? My parents sold ours (theirs, I suppose!) when I was 19, as they got divorced (sad times eh). Anyway, yes it's a weird experience having people view your home around you ... I remember on one viewing, a very uppity older-middle-aged couple came into my room and me and a mate were sat there drinking bottles of Budweiser and swearing at GTA Vice City :joker:. Ahh 2003 in a nutshell.

Anyway, yes it's a weird experience having people view your home around you ... Yeah it's their house. I live in the summer house on the garden for bit of privacy. I pay the electric and council tax as my contribution.

Yeah it's more of an annoyance rather than anything, but use to it as we move lots. My parents like to do up houses.

What are you gonna do when its sold.

Move back to an area we've lived before if it sells and they get the money they want for this house....not on any rush.

I will move with them or if I'm not happy then I'll just move out, rent/shared ownership or something.
