Maybe they shouldn't put mascara on actors either, and only hire ones naturally perfect lashes...

Yeah let's just kill them all so you don't have to look at them. Sigh. Honestly your opinions are horrible and very shallow. Bore off.

Matilda remake?
It's apparently a movie adaption of the stage musical, rather than an actual "remake" of the old movie.

Matilda remake?
They've ruined an absolutely amazing film but then remakes normally do. I haven't even seen it and will most likely not having seen the trailer.
As for fat suits, yes
It's just one element of acting.

Matalida was never a music on the first place

I was being sarcastic. I suppose that escaped you. I am a overweight person and yet I have quite a healthy lifestyle thank you. I rarely drink and I eat well.

I have nothing against a new Matlida adaptation IN THEORY is it's meant to be totally different to the original film - and I've seen Matilda the musical down in London and it was fantastic - however... .... .... .... it's a Netflix adaptation so it will be trash.

No I don't come under the category of obese however I do see myself as an overweight person and your comments are rather cutting.

Thr musical has been around since like 2010. It was a book "in the first place" but the stage adaption is separate to the movie.

Are you still trying to claim that obscene verbal assault was sarcasm?

What's obscene about it? Because I told the poster they are shallow? Or because I said Bore off? Why are you getting your knickers in a twist. The poster won't thank you for it. I stand by what I said. The poster is always banging on about how fat and/or ugly people shouldnt blight the planet. That's far more 'obscene'.

You took his words the wrong way.
And my knickers are twisted cause I'm fed up of you sauntering around the forum telling people what to do. From chat and games, chat, n snd@news, you just cant help yourself.

No Parm. I didn't take it the wrong way at all. I'm quite clear on what he meant. He's a bloody nuisance tbh. It's offensive.
As for the rest of your attack on me...show me examples of where I tell people what to do? I do not. I always ask people and I do so politely.

They are opinions Parm. I didn't order Thomas not to be a judge just said I didn't think he was a good one. He's quite capable of answering me back if he wanted to. Same for Nicky.

I will again reiterate that I saw it in London in 2017 and it was great :hee:. Totally different interpretation to the film, so if it is a version of that it's really not a "remake" of the original film.
(Again though it is Netlfix so people should temper any expectation of it actually being good... ... ... Netflix have a few good original shows but their interpretations of existing material, and tbh their films in general, are generally poor).

Unfortunately I am the forum's best judge but I just can't commit the time to it these days :(. With my April promotion, a lot of the time now my working from home involves actually working, it's TERRIBLE for my judging career.
