Does anyone know any decent free sites where you can create emotes/animated emotes?

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Im trying to make some new emotes for my twitch channel, just realised i have tons of slots open. Im really thick when it comes to anything like this really, im just looking for a site or programme that's quite straightforward and free. I mean i wouldn't mind paying someone to do them, but it's actually quite expensive and i don't really make any money on twitch to justify paying the prices. So im trying to figure out how to do them myself.

Think i posted it on here before. If you or anyone watch any of my videos, make sure they're not recent, my mic/audio has been awful, i've got it fixed for future stuff now though. My channel is very niche anyway as i only speedrun GTA 3, i don't play any other games on stream really.

It's basically a gaming streaming site, you can interact with the streamer live etc. There's tons of other stuff on there now too.
