Here's a controversial opinion.

Rolling Stones made better music in the 90s than Pearl Jam and Smashing Pumpkins did.

I'd rank the Rolling Stones In the top ten bands for music output of the 90s even though many wouldn't associate them with that decade.

I'd also rank them in the top ten bands in the 60s, 70s (number 1 that decade) and the 80s
