No but your water company might have reduced the flow ..
they have reduced the pressure here, i noticed it today

It’s only in London and they get a booster before school so I guess it’s prudent given the virus has been found to give them a boost
they are concerned some kids may have missed getting the vaccine because of the lockdowns, so they are basically offering another opportunity

Water is fine here had a hair wash earlier and pressure just fine.

They are wording it as an "additional" vaccine.
