Or is it an outdated/2020-esque practice to you where it’s not still technically-required (e.g., at the G.P.s’ office)?

(If you could edit option 4 accordingly, Niamh, that would be much-appreciated.)
i still wear a mask on public transport. I think it will cut down on so many other colds and stuff spreading in those environments that it is worth it

as i'm unvaxxed, whenever i have to, yes
and same goes for my mom, despite her being double vaxxed, she also still wears one, when unpacking groceries whenever they arrive in the week (twice a week albert heijn for bread and stuff they don't have at the picnic, once a week picnic majority of groceries, most picnic brand stuff is cheaper)

Yes, however only now on public transport if I use it.
Also too in shops and stores.
I don't think I'll ever stop doing so now actually.

Only at hospitals now or public transport
When me and my daughter stopped wearing a mask we caught covid
Was speaking to an ambulance driver recently who said he had been wearing a mask throughout covid and hadn’t had covid

Some people still look at you like you’re a freak of nature if you’re under a certain age and still wear face masks but to me it’s worth the occasional looks. It won’t be forever but it’s sanitary and prevents unnecessary interaction with people you don’t know/want to talk to if headphones won’t completely.

I think if you do wish to wear a mask (based on the frankly scant evidence that it will help) then unless you are wearing a FFP2 you are wasting your time.

People’s motives for wearing one differ quite a lot. It’s not always to prevent against Covid per se. Sometimes it’s more of a gesture to get nosy strangers (who might otherwise intrude and small-talk the life out of anyone with ears) to mind their own business with the coincidental benefit of general ’flu. protection mixed in.

True I do think that people have enjoyed the anonymity that it gives

Mhm. Over-excitable extraverts who didn’t get the social engagement they needed during lockdown have dialled-up on the urge to want to small-talk the ears off of everyone in sight but people who have always preferred that sort of privacy/incognito moving are using masks to their advantage (myself-included) and it does kind of make sense when you see it like that if nothing else.
I got protection from Covid a long time ago so it was never really about that. And face masks prevent more infectious diseases than Covid from latching onto you so it’s just one of those things.

I just dump ’em in the bin after 24-hours’ usage. I tend to have a whole carton of face masks to use.

Can't remember the last time I wore a face nappy. Probably about 18 months ago.
