Anyone heard of this. It's not a diet it's more a way of life. You have to cut out all carbs and sugar and eat lots of meat.

But I am losing weight on it.

Tell us your diet stories or eating plans.

Yes I have read about it.....too much meat for me but if it works for you

Reminds me of the Atkins diet

Personally I prefer to stay active and cut back on sugary and fatty foods

That’s why you are a miserable old basket

It’s national chocolate day today

I've heard of Keto ,but never tried it ... It sounds a bit like the Atkins , I tried that but found it difficult to cut out all carbs .

Another fad diet and diets don't work and it usually costs £ , not interested in even reading about it, but good luck Kate and Zizu.

I found just giving up meat ,white bread, sugar and dairy made me lose weight without even trying so win, win for me.

It can seem like another fad money making diet, because alot of these try to get you to join a ' diet plan' . But all you have to do is just Google what you can & can't eat  .

I'm not paying for any of their subscription services. I don't even think I could entirely give up carbs tbh .I tried with Atkins and failed.

I don't think it would work for me. Depriving myself I'd something would only make me want it more

I've mainly cut out how many Crisps that I eat in a day.

And I do like myself some Japanese food which is meant to be good for your health.
