Liddle has some lovely selections. Like the one in my avi, its bold and strong, with the flexibility to bend. I cant remember its name. Its not my favourite though.

I love a pan loaf.

I quit bread and sugar about 5 weeks ago .. initially I missed them both horrendously but don’t give either a second thought nowadays … plus I feel fabulous and I’ve lost 19lb

I'm with Zizu. I quit bread and sugar and feel better for it.

An old friend of mine (nosey Joyce's brother) died.

He was massive, 65 years old ex boatman..

They had a donation thing at his funeral that raised 1700 pound.

I got told this by nosey joyce...but I blurted out...


The same as the pall bearers then joyce.

I had warm ciabatta with a lovely mature cheddar and silverskin pickled onions for lunch today - delicious!
