'We have been officially censored!' Russell Brand leaves YouTube in favour of
Rumble after one of his Covid videos is taken down for 'breaching community
guidelines'

'They took down one of our videos for misinformation, but why are big media
organizations not censored for misinformation in the same way? Is it because
YouTube are part of the mainstream media now?'


Russell shared that a previous clip he posted on the site was taken down
because he 'cited information on official government websites, which we
misinterpreted' regarding Covid.

The star explained: 'We made an apology video, we've taken that down as
well. YouTube took down our original video, we've taken down the apology
video because in case we reiterate the claim while apologizing for it.

Watch the video, he makes some excellent points. He conducts himself very well, is polite and in no way does he "throw his toys out the pram"

Opinion and free speech should be a basic human right (as long as you're not going out your way to be purposely hateful and nasty).

But he has because he's left YouTube. Sometimes we have to accept what the rules are on platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Youtube.

Accept that you cannot always have your own way all the time. Even though you think it's wrong. He should have stayed on YouTube and a made a less dramatic point of him being censored but moved on.

As he said, it's one rule for some, one rule for others. At least have consistency. That's a very fair ask.

Leaving was his choice. He wasn't forced out, he just "nah, im not gonna put up with this" and left. Standing up for what you believe in and putting financial gain aside (which he has by leaving the no 1 video sharing platform in the world) is commendable, rather than "throwing toys"

Nonsense he is an astute and articulate broadcaster and his channel regularly exposes corruption and issues with the MSM like this ridiculous action by YT who seem to have been now swallowed whole by the Global Elites
