It was filmed as a TV movie in 1990, featuring Tim Curry as Pennywise, John Ritter as Ben Hanscom, Harry Anderson as Richie Tozier, Tim Reid as Mike Hanlon, Annette O'Toole as Beverly Marsh, and Richard Thomas as Bill Denbrough. According to an announcement made by the Sci Fi Channel, It is being remade as a 4 hour TV movie.

oh my god! my mum and dad watched it the other night (theres a thread about it in chat and games), and i was so scared!!! i didnt sleep at al that night. it might sound silly, but i do believe this film is too scary and shouldnt be shown:nono:
