Apologies if there's threads on this. I've not watched his interview with Piers Morgan yet, gonna give it a go tonight.
He's been dropped by all these brands for being anti-semetic. I've noticed he's being cancelled at lightening pace right now.
Is he mentally ill? Is he just a dick? What's going on?!!
I always really liked his earlier stuff, some excellent albums. Is this all his own fault? This all seems bonkers.

He has been trying the same tactics that have worked for him for a long time.
What I mean by that is saying trollish **** to keep his name out there.
Ironically though I don't think that style of promotion is deemed acceptable anymore.
he has some mental issues. I don't understand him, he seems to mix up his family with religion, antisemitism and black activism almost within the one sentence :laugh:

No, Girth, watch the whole thing, Kanye is right, he makes some excellent points. I see him now as more misunderstood than anything. He's fighting for black people. He's clumsy, sure. But at the core of this, his argument is sound.

I honestly think him wearing the MAGA hat and all that crap means people won't give him the time of day. And it's sad. Yeah his delusions come out, his huge ego, his dickishness. But the fundamental point he is trying to make is absolutely spot on!

I controversially don't mind Kanye West, and I personally would try to take on board what he says.
But associating in particular with Anti-Semitic groups won't do him any favours, because a lot of the time those groups normally have Nazi ideology.

There was no "Hitler Figure" in the slave trade. It wasn’t just enabled by other Africans, it was actively driven by them. They're as to blame as the other participants.

I thought it was well known that he is Bi-polar which explains gis erratic behaviour. It doesn't excuse anything he says but there is a medical diagnosis as to why he often behaves the way he does. If anyone has lived with someone with bi-polar knows, its exhausting and at times frigtening with the moods swings and behaviours

I brought College Drop Out on the day of release. Just incredible talent. He's been in an awful family. Been cancelled, yet he needs help. The twitter left destroying him is disgusting imo!

I wonder what LeatherTrumpet has to say for white male shooters being excused on the basis of having acute mental health issues but people of colour who commit similar acts of terror never being granted that partial leeway. Or the fact that black males are often over-criminalised, ostracised and seen as a discomforting threat rather than someone with a mental health issue (and without saying too much about anything vaguely personal I’ve seen that straight-up with many, many, many so this is more from life experience than just pontificating out of my arse). I don’t know why someone would feel the need to make it about rave just for the sake of excusing the possibility that Kanye maybe isn’t fairly subject to the same treatment as someone of a sounder mind at the moment would.

He posted on social media that he was going "death-con 3" on Jewish people, that there is a conspiracy of Jews sabotaging his career. I'm not going to repeat all he's said on here.
Kanye West has over 200 million followers while there are only 17 million Jews in the whole world and anti-Semitic attacks are at an all-time high. Yeah, he's some kind of ****ing genius all right.
