The 'Twitter files' were nothing more than a request by the Biden campaign for Twitter to remove nude pictures of Hunter Biden. Nude pictures violate twitters policy BTW. The 1st amendment pertains to federal or government interference in free speech. He talks of Federal departments and federal employees but omits that he was in power when this happened so those federal departments were his. Biden was not president when this happened so had no power over any federal department. How on earth can it be a first amendment violation? :shrug:

There is a massive difference and even the judge who reviewed the evidence has told Trump lawyers not to use the term 'raid' when referring to the execution of a search warrant.
