No-one would deny that working conditions and pay for key workers could be improved ... but to compare them to people enslaved by a backwards hellhole is pushing it a little.
Just another left wing nut job trying to say all the right things...one who was too gutless to stand by his beliefs(if they really are what he believes) and stay home in the UK instead of flying to Qatar.
Left wing= hypocrite.

What's the story here?
I looks to me like - 'Gary Neville said something I disagree with. Who the hell does he think he is. Lets start the character assassination'.
To be fair the Brit workers , in general, are the laziest lot around !!
Just drove past a council gang working in a smallish hole a few weeks ago .. there were a couple in the van , 2 or 3 sat on the wall - everyone on their mobile phones … and one guy sat on the edge of the hole digging soul and rubble out ( yes .. sat on the edge of the hole he was digging out !!)

Gary Neville always goes OTT in his comments.
His heart is in the right place though, and I get the general point that he was making.
I like him as a football pundit but he’s trying to get into politics now which I find totally tedious

I take it Neville was working for the BBC at the time. People who work for the BBC are required to be impartial... only that doesn't seem to apply to Lineker and this irritating nob.
Gary really want's to be part of the working class and be a socialist. But he realises that he's a capitalist in reality and hates it, so tries to disguise it.
