[A murder investigation is under way
after a woman was fatally shot at a
Merseyside pub on Christmas Eve.
She and three men were taken to hospital
with gunshot wounds after the incident
at the Lighthouse Inn in Wallasey Village
on the Wirral shortly after 11.50pm.
The woman was later pronounced dead,
and her family are being supported
by specially trained officers.

Police said a number of other people
were also injured.

A cordon has been set up in the area
while officers speak to witnesses
and examine CCTV footage.

The 26 year old women was shot in the head
she died on route to the hospital.

Police say she was not the intended target
4 men also shot, injured.
One of those men is critical in hospital.


The Killer and those that assisting him
drove off in a Mercedes .

It was the shooter (the person) that killed this innocent lady, wasn't it? Banning guns from citizens who only carry them for personal protection couldn't have saved this innocent lady, could they?
