I do sometimes. Frozen onions are a no-no from me (I chop meticulously from scratch) but frozen veg. sometimes tastes better and I think it’s supposed to.

I prefer fresh veg but I have used the steam fresh ones for speed on occasion
I do use frozen onion when I'm making a spag bol / chilli etc just because I hate chopping o.ions
I like to go to Asda for my veg these days. They have it ready chopped up. And the spuds are ready peeled and chopped. So I can just chuck them straight into a pan of water and boil. They even have chopped up onion which is great because I hate chopping onions
We bug frozen veg apart from tinned peas and carrots ..
Apparently the nutritional value / benefits are the same for fresh / frozen or tinned though ..

One thing I bet no-one on here does (whether they prefer to buy/use fresh veggies or not) is slice cabbage with their non-dominant hand. (If you know, you know.)

i never peel potatoes
just bung them in the pan
