I think this will be the 3rd one.Have you picked your team yet Andy? If not you just need to put together a team adding up to 100 but you only need 11 main players in your team as the others will just be subs.

I think you can change them until the next gameweek closes so next time you would be able to change would be thursday for weekend. but i think its still 1 player with no deduction then you get points taken off (I think)
