He's playing right into her hands, this will be leveraged as a pro-independence argument. "Even if you disagree with the bill, this shows that Scotland doesn't truly have control over our own legislation" etc.
She knew it was getting blocked, just like she knew the referendum would be blocked. It's all part of the script.

I think you are spot on there.
yeah, the government are being played. However, people in Scotland should see it for what it is too

Sturgeon is just becoming more & more of a deluded nuisance , and I still don't think she cares about women's rights or the impact of her decisions.
I still think it's the right decision to block it ,but I guess we'll see .
