It depends on how much of a back story the producers build for her, I suppose. She could have lots of covers to get her out of a hole, such as saying she's not allowed to discuss the process, activities in the Australian BB house, etc. And she could say that her parents are British and emigrated when she was younger too, which would cover her if her accent slipped. And she could be conveniently called to the diary room if things ever get too sticky, too.

I think she is bound to slip up and people will question who she is but I don't know if they will actually find out as she is not likely to admit it.

All depends on how much she says really, if she keeps talk about Big Brother Australia to a minimum and has a convincing back story then I think she will be okay.

There's some clever housemates in there who will certainly ask a lot of questions and might well pick holes in whatever story she comes up with.
