its very lean meat, not as rich as venison. We have an ostrich farm close by here :laugh:

Nah. It’s more akin to a dry kind of beef. I’m not sure it’s supposed to be that nice but it’s worth a go and I’ll be giving it one on Friday myself. I’ve been in no mood this week so hopefully it cheers me up a little (if it bangs).
